We currently ship to all cities and regions across Pakistan.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sales or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • From time to time, MUK TRADER may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or minimum order values.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations across Pakistan.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

7. Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are accurate when placing your order. MUK TRADER is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product to help us resolve the issue promptly.
